1.4GB = 2 * 700MB (Yes, i know, not exactly, but you are getting the
obviously you used the bitrate which was displayed for a 2 cd-rip.
The resulting file is 1.4 GB.
Now you have to split it into 2 * 700MB chunks.
Windows is not the answer. Windows is the question. The answer is NO.
