so after checking the output of free, i feel a lot better about things ;)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 384644 380168 4476 0 168360 159708
-/+ buffers/cache: 52100 332544
Swap: 257032 3788 253244
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
so left for me to fix are the errors shown in the system-log:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jan 3 19:58:16 atom kernel: i2c_adapter i2c-0: sendbytes: error - bailout.
Jan 3 19:58:16 atom kernel: msp34xx: I/O error #1 (read 0x12/0x18)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
and more (and worse):
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jan 3 22:15:00 atom kernel: bttv0: skipped frame. no signal? high irq
latency?
Jan 3 22:16:16 atom kernel: i2c_adapter i2c-0: sendbytes: error - bailout.
Jan 3 22:16:16 atom kernel: msp34xx: I/O error #1 (read 0x12/0x18)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
cpu-usage whilst this was always far under 100%.
any ideas?
regards,
/jc
