That was a bug in the playlist which has been fixed.

The problem I have is that if I click on a mpg clip for example and gmplayer 
starts and plays the video, when the clip is at an end, the skin + the window 
which contained the clip remains visible on the desktop.  You have to click 
on the 'on/off' button or the close button of the window to terminate the 
application.

I would like an option so that the skin dissappears when the clip is finished.

The reason why is that you cannot start two gmplayer applications.  I.e. if 
you want to view another clip after the first, the second does not want to 
start UNLESS you terminate by hand the first.

This is annoying. 

The manual page of mplayer (gmplayer has no manual page I can find on my 
system) does not have any occurrence of 'quit, exit or terminate' that I can 
find. So therefore I ask this list
