I'm not sure how much useful info I can give, but every RTSP video
stream I've tried no longer works. I'm using the dev-CVS-040102
version. The problem varies from starting to play a stream then
dropping out with no error shown, to starting out playing with
unintelligible audio (normal video) followed by this error:
Audio codec: 16 Kbps Voice
Audio bitrate: 16.000 kbit/s (2000 bps)

This particular stream was from NASA TV at
http://www.nasa.gov/ram/35037main_portal.ram, but it doesn't seem to
matter what source I try. I'm unsure of when the problem started, as I
haven't been watching streamed audio, but I think it's been in the past
month. Hope this helps, and thanks.
