i'm looking for either:

a) encode the movie ( *.mpeg or *.mpeg4 ) with any text
	- at least it'd work, if its possible to do, but requires
planning on the text message to display

b) adding the a random text messages on top of the *.mpeg[4]
would be even better vs having to re-encode the original mpegs
	- having mplayer mix the movie and the text messages
	would be best :-)

"text message" can be simple things like "stock tickers" at the
bottom of the movie ... or news blurp ... while the mpeg is playing

we have a very high interest level on either solution

thanx
alvin
