[MPlayer-users] Slowmotion with mplayer / mencoder ?

Hiho, i have a question about transforming a movie:

When i run
mplayer -speed 0.1 file.mpg
it runs fine.  Sound and video are playing slow as i want. Now the question - 
how can i transform it so i can use other players (windows *sigh*) which 
don't have the speed-option and still view the movie in .1 speed of the 
original file ?

Is it possible with mencoder and/or mplayer or do i have to use other 
software ?
