5] Operation:

* gmplayer -v 1  /mnt/dati/dati/divx/\[DivX\ -\ ITA\]\ Kill\ Bill\ \(2003\,\
Q.Tarantino\).TS.DXL.CD2\(1\).avi > mplayer.log 2>&1

* at start of this command, with "top" im obtained:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
13501 tigre 17 0 33308 18m 20m R 17.6 7.3 0:00.53 gmplayer
[NB: 7.3 % of memory]

* after 15 minutes, with "top" im obtained:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
13501 tigre 15 0 179m 126m 20m S 36.9 51.6 5:22.46 gmplayer
[NB: 51.6 % of memory]

so, i have 0.05%MEM/second of memory leak!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
I have uploaded mplayer.log [187.4 Kb] at:
|
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/mplayer.log.bz |
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------|

PS: this "bug" it's repeatble on all previus version of mplayer1.0pre*
[official and CVS version] and on ALL other my linux distribution [fedora
core2, fedora core3] with all previus version of alsa9 driver [with or
without oss emulation]
PS: with OSS alsa driver output i don't have any the memory leak
