The Return-Path: header does NOT specify where replies should go.
Instead, it's where errors should go if the mail bounces (can't be
delivered). The correct header that tells who to reply to is the
(big surprise!) Reply-To: header. If your mail program is using the
wrong one, it's a bug. This has been the standard for many many years.
