[MPlayer-users] change playlist online

Hi,

I managed mplayer to work, it's very cool. Fast as hell and plays without
errors!

Can I do the following:

-change playlist while playing -> like in winamp, keeps the playing
position, but if next is changed, will play the new file?
I tried with kill -1 <pid>  but with no success!

-when playing next movie, don't just cut it, but fade out the previous and
fade in the next one.
