[MPlayer-users] MPlayer 1.0-pre1 : libfaad2

While the libfaad problem is a gcc issue, the --disable-faad flag for
the mplayer configure does not work correctly and does not exclude FAAD2
from the build process.

Excluding that codec requires running a normal configure (whether you
give the --disable-faad flag or not) then editing the resultant make
file and manually removing references to libfaad2.
