I would be surprised if -ovc copy works flawlessly with -mf.
-vop pp=dr/fd/lb is bogus and will probably even reduce quality:
dr only works with mpeg/divx source
fd and lb are both deinterlacers, but I'd expect your pngs to be
progressive.

If you want a lossless conversion, you should use -ovc lavc and
-lavcopts vcodec=huffyuv. However I'm not sure if libavcodecs huffyuv
implementation supports rgb colorspace...
