(-ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=1500:vhq:v4mv:vpass=1:keyint=50)
xvid was :
(-ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=1500:me_quality=6:4mv:pass=1)
