What commandline do you use for NTSC?
Does your VCR support real NTSC playback?
Maybe it can only do PAL60?
Or only NTSC443 (NTSC with PAL subcarrier frequency)?
You have to set -tv norm=$norm accordingly, however I don't know if
ntsc443 and pal60 are even supported.
