Heh, nono I just wanted to know how you put 3.2.3 into Woody...
Regarding the mpeg, you could try opening and resaving it with a "smarter" 
program first, say avidemux. Or maybe try to split it in two parts, leaving 
out just enough to skip the damaged part.
