ok, just commited a change to cvw, it's actually a cleanup for realaudio's
ac3, but also makes it easier to play this mess:

mplayer Salsamba\ 640\ kbps\ 60\ Sec\ DD.wav -rawaudio on:format=0x74656e64

should work with cdda:// too to play 'ac3 disc'

(the -rawaudio on:format=0x74656e64 option overrides format detection by raw
byteswapped ac3 (a.k.a. dnet) audio)
