This message just means that the frame hasn't been delivered at the
expected time. It's usually caused either by bad signal, when bttv
cannot digitize the frame, or when the user specifies a wrong norm (pal
vs. ntsc), or eventually by CPU overload.
I guess your case is the first one. If you get this message just
ocassionally (say, up to ten times per hour or so), there's not much to
worry about.
