If the dvd is R4 (I assume that, this is the standar here) in the 99.99% of
the case you must set -ofps 23.976; you can know if you need it or not
encoding four or five minutes of the movie and comparing the numbers of
skip/drop frames; you must choice the option that give you the less number
of them.
