you need OCR.. there's something of this in DOCS/ and TOOLS/, check out the 
gorc site or what ever it was.. afaik vobsubs are pictures, that's why you'll 
need ocr to make the conversion.. there are also some windows proggies that 
might be able to do things better/easier, even under wine. www.divxdigest.com
