rc5 is out. Unless you're using CVS versions, you should upgrade, rc5
contains most bugfixes and some features backported from the devel CVS tree:

    * TOOLS/matroxtv: improvements, now it looks much better...
    * configure: MacOSX support, better (un)gif, FAAD detection, etc
    * configfile parser: better error messages
