[MPlayer-users] Playing .vob from the hard drive

Ok, here is the deal, i got mplayer from cvs and compiled it with:
--withcsslibdir=/path/to/libdvdcss-0.01/lib, it compiled fine.
I took the dvd drive in the other machine and copied one .vob to my hard
drive and tried to play it and i got:

Encrypted stream but you did not request authentification

RTFM'ed a little and found -dvdauth and -csslib, so i put that and the path
to the .vob file and libdvdcss.so respectively and got this:

dvd: opening libcss.so as .... (my 0.0.1 lib)
dvd: /usr/local/bin/mplayer: undefined symbol: _CSSisEncrypted
Hint: use libcss version 0.1 (lol)

Error in dvd auth

So, what's the point in needing the dvd drive to get the css key if i'm
trying to watch the .vob in the hard drive? Any tips on how to get the key
and copy it manually?
