bug: 	dvd subtitles at chapter intervals will not appear

description:
	with subtitles on, some dvd subtitles will not be displayed at
	chapter intervals.  rewinding into the time period where they would 
	otherwise be will often cause them to be seen, but a normal 
	play-through will result in not ever seeing them.

	This bug is visible using the latest cvs build; MPlayer-20030306.

example:
	just pop in a very common dvd, Miramax Films' Princess Mononoke 
	R1 ntsc.

	using the command line
		mplayer -alang ja -sid 1 -dvdangle 2 dvd://

	whenever play reaches the end of a chapter (or the very beginning
	of the next, perhaps) any subtitle occuring at that time will not
	show up on the screen.
