	It's both.  Y' is supposed to be between 16 and 235, and Cr/Cb
	between 16 and 240.

	When I can author a disc and walk it over to the settop box
	and it can play mpeg4 I'll probably use mpeg4.  The day might
	come (mpeg4 is one near term solution being considered for
	HD-DVD) not too far out - but till then I'm staying with mpeg2.
