Never ever advise a newbie to use --nodeps. The dependencies are there for
a reason and if you tell rpm to ignore them, *Bad Things(tm)* can happen.
Of course, there are some broken pkgs out there that require that switch,
but it's better to fix them instead of "fixing" your own rpmdb.
