You see? It is not a mplayer problem after all, but a network problem.
146.124.2.1 is your gateway, isn't it?
It does not know how to route 192.190.173.45.
Actually I think it is routing it to the internal network somehow.
I think you have a local network at 192.168.0.0 and the router is 
configured with a wrong netmask of 255.0.0.0. Change the netmask of the 
router to 255.255.0.0 and try again. If you have a network 
administrator, show him the ping and tell him 192.190.173.45 should be 
routed to Hungary through the default internet connection.
