Nope it's not. :) Ivan has just written xvmc support for mplayer, but
I think it still has some bugs. Also, I'm not sure if the necessary
changes have been merged into libavcodec for it to work. Read the
mplayer-dev-eng and ffmpeg-devel lists if you want to experiment with
it, but remember that this is very new code and might not work right,
or might be hard to get working...
