Hi!

I record from tuner in 768x576 resolution, with lavcdeint filter and MP3 (mono) sound with MJpeg on a 950 MHz Duron, the CPU load is about 80-85%. I don't use the postprocessing (-vf pp), but I append the 'vhq' to the lavcopts. Maybe don't process the audio, only copy it (but I experienced theat this makes no difference in CPU load).
