[MPlayer-users] Why does the gui position the video window?

Hi,

Im using mplayer rc3 on KDE 3.0.5, debian testing. When I use the gui, mplayer
seems to move the video window in the centre of the screen, which could be a
good idea, if I wasn't using xinerama - the window is just in the middle of
the two screens. If i use mplayer without gui, everything is fine, the window
is in the upper corner of the primary screen, and it can be configured via
the xineramascreen option (Although I'd prefer to switch this of and let kwin
do the xinerama-stuff). But when using gmplayer, -xineramascreen has no
effect, and the window is always between the two monitors.

Any help would be appreciated.

regards
Alex
