[MPlayer-users] Cannot stream this file

I just compiled CVS-030117 (today's CVS snapshot) and it didn't play the
stream. I compiled in libavcodec, win32 dlls.. the only codecs which I
didn't compile support for were xvid and opendivx. I also enabled the
lastest version of 'live' (dated 030117), although that shouldn't effect
MMS support.
