Yes - 'mplayer -vcd 1 image.bin' or with a current CVS version and a
cue sheet: 'mplayer -cuefile image.cue -vcd 1'

> Also, if there are multiple CDROM drives then which one will be used
> with the -vcd option?

'mplayer -cdrom-device /dev/one/of/my/thousand/drives -vcd 42'
