Some explanation:

It's an output showing bug in mplayer DVD support.
Chapter 13 is choosen, but chapter 1 is played.

When "-demux 2" is used mplayer plays the correct chapter.

It looks that (at least) REAL demuxer is seeking back to
the first chapter. This can be bug in dvd_seek because
the other thing which is not working is seeking (after seeking
in 13th chapter it goes to the first one).
