No, that's perfectly ok.  Output from my ./configure:

Checking for DVD support (libmpdvdkit) ... yes
Checking for DVD support (libcss - old style) ... no
Checking for DVD support (libdvdread - new style) ... disabled by libmpdvdkit2

Have you done ./configure lately?  ;-)
