Hi,

Can I use mplayer to play realaudio files such as this:

http://www.moosehill.com/steps/sounds/Radio-0212.ra

When I try, I get this error:

  ................................................................

Note that it does see 3 realaudio codecs on my system.

Also, I can play the file with realplayer 8.0.3.421 on my system.
So, either I have a codec that realplayer sees but mplayer
doesn't, or realplayer is decoding this file w/o using an external
codec.

Finally, mplayer appears to play other formats fine for me.

Help?

Thanks.

/Randolph
