[MPlayer-users] How to output video to TV fullscreen (display overlay)?

Nice! However, still a few remaining issues (I'm picky!):

1. I can't use the other virtual desktops (use Sawfish with Ximian's 
   Gnome). Run mplayer with the parameters in desktop #1 and then go
   to another desktop. The player vanishes from TV. I have to say on
   virtual desktop #1.

2. How come some pop-up dialog boxes are not centered?
