No, this doesn't seem to help, my line looks like this:

video::27:root

btw, i'm not using the user marius or whatever, i'm logged in as root!
maybe this is a prob related to devfs or a newer kernel, found some people 
having the same prob with redhat 8.0 while it worked with 7.3.
