I cant say much as you just c&p some unintersting part of the
log and didn't use the -v option, but you might yourself
compare the both logs from x11 and console and try to figure
out what it might be.
Also check whether something is running in the audio path
(arts, esd, ...)
if the delay is constatn, there is a option ot fix that.
