Hi,

1) It looks like you haven't installed the win32 codecs properly. Check 
the docs and the mplayer web site for them.
2) You are running an oldish version of mplayer. Try 0.90 at least.
3) If you are sure have the win32 codecs installed correctly (read the 
docs to check how to see if there are recognised by mplayer) then submit 
a report here by following the instructions in the bugreports part of 
the docs.  Basically you will need to provide much more info.
