[MPlayer-users] directly reading CUE/BIN

 From the Changelog of 0.90:

 * real .bin+.cue (S)VCD images support (-vcd 2 -cuefile xxx.cue)

.bin files are readable as mpeg, too.

Even mplayer for cygwin or for mingw should read those files (since they 
are files they don't require any low-level access)
