In short no. This was changed bcs by using options it was impossible to
open 2 differents stream type at the same time wich just plain sucked
(among other thing it prevented to use -audiofile with dvd, caused
a long standing bug in the OD menu, etc, etc).
It would be possible to still support them but that's a stupid hack
and we are tring to get rid of stupid hacks.
If you can't live without -dvd write your own script to convert them
to the new syntax.
