Just saying "it doesn't work in fullscreen" isn't enough of a
description. You need to tell us exactly what's wrong. Read
DOCS/bugreports.html if you don't know what to do.

Offhand, though, there's an option to mplayer called -icelayer that
regards fullscreen and icewm. Search the manual for "-icelayer" to know
what to do with it. If that doesn't help, then see above.
