[MPlayer-users] New to mplayer

i am new to mplayer.

yesterday i compiled the source - well. the player works good but cant
play (s)vcds. it canceled with:


Playing VCD track 1
read CDROM toc header: : Unpassender IOCTL (I/O-Control) für das Gerät
read CDROM toc header: : Unpassender IOCTL (I/O-Control) für das Gerät
Error selecting VCD track. (get)


Exiting... (End of file)

Do anybody know whats wrong?
