[MPlayer-users] grabbing from tv

Hi all,

I have a problem with tv grabbing with mencoder.
The output file is to large ( about 2600 kbits  rate ( ~ 64kbits audio, 
remaining is video ) ).
My computer is quite old ( Duron 600 ) but i managed to find the parameters 
so i can have 20-21 fps.

Can anyone please tell me what i do wrong ? Or how any of you did something 
similar ?
