  Excuse me if this is offtopic but my last hours spent on googling
  made me think it isn't. When I try to play a movie with mplayer I
  get the an error msg.

  X11 error: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)  0.0% 0 0 0%

  MPlayer interrupted by signal 6 in module: flip_page

  Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x52)!

  I know you guys probably have heard this question a thousand times,
  but please, any ideas?
