Hi,

Ok, i've compared mmsclient and mplayer's code, turned out to be very
similar. Actually there was 2 bugs in mplayer code:
- packet_length was char instead of int - limiting it to 127 bytes
- the buffering code was messy, and overcomplicated. probably buggy too, as
  after a rewrite it works now.
