Arpi,
I have uploaded it again (name is sample1.avi). I have already
tried with -forceidx but it still quits. Are u saying that u could play
the entire clip with mplayer ? If yes, which cvs date ?

hmm
upload teh file again, it has been deleted (there was no .txt descripbing
the problem or at least referencing the ml, and the file seemd to be ok
for
me)
anyway it sounds like broken avi, try -forceidx
