Ok, that mplayer-lame-users was just an idea, no obligation, if you don't 
like it fine of course.

Sounds reasonable but: I am trying to use mplayer on the zaurus (through
an xmms plugin - maybe a good idea maybe a bad idea, whatever)
Now the screen is put right over the taskbar on the zaurus. The resample
filter takes 1 minute to start up. Then the sound is sometimes choppy.
It is not easy to tell where playing is at using -slave.
My patches were trying to fix these issues. Now the picture can
be put wherever I want, the sound is not choppy, no one minute delay either,
and seeking is working too. I was not ttrying to change the world, but just to
fix these issues. If you don't give a hmhm about these, that's fine, I mean
you and all the developer did a great job alread. These are just useability 
fixes for a small segment of the users - but I think ithese are useable for 
them. These are not big or genuine ideas, but I think you will agree with me
on that these are actual existing issues with mplayer (on the zaurus).
And if you meant that you(the mplayer developers)  were already working on 
these, and I was duplicating this work, than why didn't you just tell me so 
right at the beginning?

ps: if I get it right my last af_intresample patch was another ignored patch.
Could you please tell me if it is so, than I won't send updates to it anymore.
