I have tried the DRI-Driver and it works.
I had to set the ChipID Option in the XF86Config file to 0x514c.
With this ID the driver will treat my card as a Radeon 8500 card.
Now the driver itself supports Xvideo and I don't need the radeon_vid 
module.
