Yes, in a separate package called freevo_apps. The main purpose is to
make it real easy for new users to get started, they're encouraged to
download and compile mplayer themselves once they get going.

Good idea, I'll do that the next time.

For that release, I included Jindrich's new v4l1 patches that hadn't
been included in MPlayer yet, since I wanted to replace Freevo's old
internal TV viewer that only worked on G400 boards.

I have no intention of forking mplayer, that'll add to much work to
keep up with, it is mainly to to have make it easy for users.
