Hi,

I've been using mplayer for some time - and it's been great..

I've just upgraded my machine to SuSE 8.1 and am running into a few difficulties.

One good piece of news is that SuSE ships mplayer as part of the distro. Unfortunately I can't get some asf files that played ok previously to work.

When I run mplayer -vo sdl -nosound -v "asf_file" I get:

MPlayer 0.90pre6-3.2 (C) 2000-2002 Arpad Gereoffy (see DOCS!)

I have installed the video codes 0.60 to /lib/win32. These have always worked up until now.

Any ideas?

Thanks
