[MPlayer-users] Does option -mc 0 work for AVIs aswell ???

The "duplicate 1 frame(s)!!!" also appears when encoding with -nosound and 
when specifying wrong audio codec for decoding source file (-> nosound)

Is this the way it's meant to be ?! How can mencoder know if there is a frame 
to duplicate/skip when there is no audio information ???
