[MPlayer-users] mplayer but no audio ?

Hello

but I got problems with sound: using SuSE 8.1 started after installation with
mplayer -dvd 1 -ao oss
got ..
`Detected audio codec: [a52] afm:14 (AC3-liba52)
 Requested audio codec family [a52] (afm=14) not available (enable it at
compile time!)
 Couldn`t initialize audio codec! -> nosound
....
Can you help me?
